Booking Transfer

Refunds

1. No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the client.

Departure Time

1. The time of departure is stated and fixed.
2. All travelers must update their status with the trip coordinator(s) and report at the pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Air Conditioning and Driver's Discretion

1. The air conditioning will be switched off in the hills.
2. During the trip, it shall be the driver's discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers' safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

Prohibited Activities

1. Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey due to the health and safety of fellow passengers.
2. No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours.

Liability

1. TravelMite shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

Insurance

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Itinerary Changes

1. Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions, the physical ability of participants, etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary.
2. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.

Undertaking

An undertaking will be shared prior to booking or before the departure date of the tour, which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign.

Damage to Property

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only.

- The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- 60 days prior to departure: 10% of the trip cost
- 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the trip cost
- 15-30 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip cost
- 7-15 days prior to departure: 80% of the trip cost
- 0-7 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip cost

Non-Cancellable/Non-Amendable Packages

- Bookings cannot be canceled or amended.
- Full advance payment will be treated as the cancellation fee if canceled or amended.
- Same terms apply if guests don't show up.

Other Bookings

- If guests don't show up or exit the tour early, the complete booking will be non-refundable.

Unforeseen Circumstances

- No refunds will be provided due to:
    - Government orders, Harsh weather, Protests, Landslides, Other unforeseen circumstances, backup plan will be implemented if possible.

Activity Cancellation

- Activities may be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Booking amount will be non-refundable.

Trek Cancellation (Last Minute)

- If a trek is called off due to natural calamities/unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a travel voucher for the same amount, valid for 3 months (subject to availability).

Trek Abortion (Midway)

- If a trek/trip is aborted midway due to natural calamities/unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Extra Expenses
