These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and Travelmite with regard to your access and use of the website ("www.travelmite.com ") and the services offered therein. By accessing, browsing, or using this Website or availing of any services provided by Travelmite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or availing our services.
Travelmite, registered under Indian law, operates from Vikas Nagar Garighat, Near Khoh River Bridge, Kotdwar, Uttarakhand 246149, India. The Website facilitates the booking of travel-related services including, but not limited to, hotel accommodations, adventure activities, holiday packages, bus and car rentals across India. Some services may be rendered by third-party vendors ("Service Providers"), with Travelmite acting solely as a facilitator.
These Terms apply to all services rendered by Travelmite. Certain services may require the acceptance of additional Terms of Service (TOS), which will prevail in case of any inconsistency with this Agreement.
Use of Travelmite services implies unconditional acceptance of all applicable terms, notices, and conditions. Travelmite reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly review the Terms to stay informed.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received in full and explicitly accepted by Travelmite. Users are responsible for checking their email (including spam folders) or contacting our support team to confirm booking status.
Booking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp as per user information. Travelmite shall not be liable for non-delivery of services due to inaccurate or incomplete user details.
By participating in any trip or trek arranged by Travelmite, you voluntarily accept and assume all associated risks, known or unknown. Travelmite, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses resulting from your participation.
You further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Travelmite from any liability or claims arising from your actions or omissions during the trip, including those affecting minors or third parties accompanying you.
Travelmite is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings (including money, electronics, vehicles, etc.). If a participant voluntarily exits the trip early, they are not entitled to a refund. Any assistance offered for early return is at the discretion of Travelmite, and all expenses incurred shall be borne by the participant.
Travelmite shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations or delay in service delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
All content available on the Website including text, images, graphics, videos, and software is the property of Travelmite or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any such content is strictly prohibited.
Users agree not to post, upload, or distribute content that violates copyright laws or third-party rights. Any such activity may result in legal liability or termination of services.
Travelmite reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Website and services at its sole discretion and without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of terms, non-payment, or request by legal authorities.
Upon termination, all rights of the User shall cease immediately. Travelmite shall have no obligation to execute pending tasks or retain any data post-termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand.
